"I started using the Ting whole house voltage monitor several months ago and received good reports on the house voltage. Then I received a notice that the system measured arcing in the house voltage system and to contact Ting immediately. They walked through how to test the lines in the house to determine where the arcing was occurring. Fortunately, it was determined to be outside the house on the incoming line. I was instructed to contact my utility company and have them inspect the power to the house. They did and found a problem at the pole and repaired the line. I am pleased with Ting service which I received as a service from State Farm Insurance. I have peace of mind knowing that should a loose connection, or appliance malfunction occur the team at Ting will be on top of the issue."
